Shipping policy

Thanks for choosing DUC. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you return your purchase.

Simple steps to return:

1. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags affixed to garment.
2. Call or email customer service with your order number so we may assign it an RA number.
3. Provide us with an email address to send your RA that will need to be included in the box.
4. Drop off at your local Fed Ex, USPS, or authorized drop center.
5. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. In the event of an exchange, replacement piece will be shipped once we receive your return at no cost to you.
